Noura settles to the Hermitage Monte-Carlo hotel
This summer, from July 15th to August 25th 2019, Noura has selected the Hotel Hermitage Monte-Carlo to settled down a pop up restaurant with an atmosphere directly coming from Lebanon. A culinary and sensory experience that will take place every evening in the Excelsior terrace, offering a spectacular view of Monaco.
On the menu a tasty Lebanese cuisine revisited, influenced by the Middle East and the Mediterranean, which made the reputation of the famous House with the cedar emblem. Seasonal products are subtly enhanced by the best spices in the world such as coriander, cardamom, sumak or even zaatar and baharat, subtle blends. You will find the traditional mezzes: tabouleh Lebanese, hommos and eggplant caviar as well as fresh salads for the season. Light, colorful, colorful, the cuisine of the Noura House glorifies fish: carpaccio or tartare and the famous cod sayadieh. Note the signature dishes including royal lamb confit to share.
